The MVSBC manages and maintains Community Teamwork’s Board of Health Certified Shared-Use Commercial Kitchen.
Basic Requirements for Kitchen Tenants:
- Proof of Liability Insurance
- Photo ID
- CORI Background Check
- ServSafe and ServSafe Allergen Certifications
- EIN Tax Identification Number
- City Business Certificate
- MA Sales and Use Tax Registration Certificate
- Wholesale Food License (if applicable)
- Additional documentation my be required.
Hours of Operation:
Monday-Friday 6pm-6am, Saturday-Sunday 24 hours, Holidays by appointment
$16 Weeknights / $21 Weekends and Holidays
Rates include on-site storage by request.
