The MVSBC manages and maintains Community Teamwork’s Board of Health Certified Shared-Use Commercial Kitchen.

Basic Requirements for Kitchen Tenants:

  • Proof of Liability Insurance
  • Photo ID
  • CORI Background Check
  • ServSafe and ServSafe Allergen Certifications
  • EIN Tax Identification Number
  • City Business Certificate
  • MA Sales and Use Tax Registration Certificate
  • Wholesale Food License (if applicable)
  • Additional documentation my be required.

Hours of Operation:

Monday-Friday 6pm-6am, Saturday-Sunday 24 hours, Holidays by appointment

Hourly Rates:

$16 Weeknights / $21 Weekends and Holidays

Rates include on-site storage by request.
